Problem: If you have downloaded and installed TaxWise Update 26.07, the submission ID is not being formatted properly for New York Business Extensions.
Return Scenario: TaxWise 26.07 and NY Business Extension
Solution: Please hold the returns until we release 26.08
What will happen to the returns I submitted prior to installing 26.07? NY Business extensions created and filed prior to downloading and installing 26.07 will continue going through the system.
What will happen to the returns I submitted after installing 26.07? After posting 26.08, we will EFC reject the affected NY Business extensions. At that point, you will need to download 26.08, recreate the extension and resend.
