Question:  I ordered Continuing Education credits from my sales rep, when will they be available.

Answer:  This process takes at least 1 business day.  If you ordered CE from your sales rep on Friday, due to the holidays, your CE will be available by COB Wednesday or first thing Thursday morning.

Question:  I completed my CE, but the IRS does not indicate that they have my CE on file.

Answer:  We upload the information to the IRS every 10 days.  We do not know how long it takes for the IRS to upload the information to their system.
