Scenario:  AZ returns are getting rejected for 500


The 'stateSchemaVersion' attribute is invalid - The value 'AZIndividual2012v2.0' is invalid according to its datatype 'String' - The Enumeration constraint failed.; Return failed Schema Level Validation.
Reason:  AZ released and enforced a new schema which invalidated the e-files created and filed under the older schema version.  
Solution: We will issue these changes in AZ v 3
