Update:  We are not going to start transmitting until 9:00 AM to avoid our returns getting caught up in the initial rush of inbound files to the IRS.

The IRS issued a quick alert that they will not begin accepting returns with Form 8863 until 8:00 AM EST on 2/14.
Any e-files sent between midnight and 8 AM will be held at the EFC because we cannot tell what is inside the e-file and we do not want to cause unnecessary rejects.
We will begin transmitting returns at 8:00 AM EST
