ND Validation Error: Last Name Element

Scenario:  1040 and ND return where the filing status is Married Filing Jointly and the spouse last name was left blank on the Main Info because it was the same as the taxpayer receives the following validation error:

LastName' element is invalid - The value 'name-Name' is invalid according to its datatype

Solution:  This will be corrected programmatically in the next ND update (ND v 3)

Alternative Solution:  Enter the Spouse last name on Main Info
