IL Reject IL-9999

Scenario:  We are receiving IL-9999 on our Illinois e-files which states
"Invalid state schema version identified in return attribute. "
Solution:  We have identified the cause of the reject and are working on a programmatic solution.   Until this is resolved, we recommend that you send your 1040 e-files and wait to create your state e-files until we release a program update that resolves this issue.  At that point, you can create and send the state e-file either linked or unlinked.
