PA Validation Error: PA Payment Type Element

Scenario:  1040 and PA return and getting the following validation error:

The ':Type' element is invalid - The value '' is invalid according to its datatype ':PAPaymentType' - The Enumeration constraint failed.

This validation error should be resolved by the preparer.  Below are a couple of things to look for:

1. Remove any blank income documents from the 1040 return
2. Open the PA W2 S and make sure all payment types have been entered.  DO NOT F3 any payment types that displays as a required entry.  Part B of this form requires that you enter a payment type.  When it is left blank, the above validation error will be displayed
