Scenario:  We are receiving F740-0100 on our Kentucky e-files which states
Schema Failed Validation.  See details. Details: The value of the 'stateSchemaVersion' attribute does not equal its fixed value.
Solution:  We have identified the cause of the reject and are working on a programmatic solution.   Until this is resolved, we recommend that you send your 1040 e-files and wait to create your state e-files until we release a program update that resolves this issue.  At that point, you can create and send the state e-file either linked or unlinked.


You also need to hold your state rejects until we post a solution
